We (JC and Elizabeth) founded DEM-LIV LLC in late 2024. Our LLC is a fully registered and insured General Commercial Contractor based in Western Maryland. We are also licensed, insured, and bonded as a Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC#163129) for residential projects. We proudly serve clients in the Cumberland area (Western Maryland).

Our Team & Expertise

JC: With a strong background in computer network security and building science, JC oversees and manages all projects. He actively works alongside our skilled subcontractors and brings over three years of experience as a superintendent with an architectural firm in Arlington, VA.

Elizabeth: Manages the company's accounting and administrative operations, including scheduling, preparing quotes, contracts, and invoices. Her expertise in taxation and accounting was honed during her time at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., where she served as Deputy Tax Attaché and later as Accounting Manager.
