Kitchen make-over 2

Client had a pinhole leak in plumbing under the kitchen sink that went unnoticed and caused heavy damage to the wall and subfloor. DEM-LIV cleaned it up, tore it out, and rebuilt: new subfloor, new insulation, new drywall, fixed electrical issues, replaced outside door trim and baseboards, new floor, new paint — basically everything  then finished the kitchen.

Finished scope:

• New floors

• • New granite countertops

•  Cabinets painted by the client

•  New hardware

• • New plumbing

• • New dishwasher

• • New microwave / range hood exhausted to the outside

IMPORTANT  please note:

 Backsplash tile is not installed yet (these after photos show the real unfinished wall).

• Window covering will be replaced with a black one.
